The easiest way to make an appointment is to have your doctor fax a referral and relevant medical records to 618-391-4031. Referring offices may also call our office at 618-391-4021 to discuss potential referrals.
Neuropsychological testing is covered by most insurances, and Southern Illinois Neuropsychology is an “in-network” provider for the following health insurance plans. Self-pay is also an option that can be discussed when scheduling your appointment.
